Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must:

Returns requested outside of 30 days will not be accepted.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact info@greenprogolfsimulators.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions for sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so the issue can be reviewed and resolved. Items confirmed to be defective or incorrect are not subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product for approval and place a new order for the replacement item once the return has been accepted. The 15% restocking fee applies to the returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
